Mr. Ari Kostamo is a partner at Sentica Partners Oy Ltd. He is currently serving as an Investment Director and is a member of the regional team. He is also a board member in eight portfolio companies. He has been working with financing since 1988.

His previous positions include:

- Director of the special financing unit and the Joensuu office, specialising in corporate customer financing, at Arsenal Ltd., a property management company.

- Finance Manager at the corporate bank Säästöpankki in Northern Karelia.

- Controller in the regional office (Eastern Finland) of A.Puolimatka Ltd., a construction company.

Mr. Kostamo holds a M.Sc (Economics) degree from the University of Vaasa, Finland.

In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, basketball and ice hockey.
