4. I have loaded the Blancco software but the data erasure process does not start.

Please check out the following possible causes:

• There are not enough licenses left on the floppy disk and, if there is an expiry date on the software, it may be expired
• Floppy write-protection is active
• No hard disk is selected for the erasure

If the software does still not run on your machine, please test the same floppy disk also in another computer in order to make sure that the problem is not caused by a floppy defect.
